Question LED Bulb Replacement

Hello all. I searched the E60 Forum on possible LED Bulb replacement, but i couldnt find anything helpful. LOADS of Angel Eye threads though...

I have a 2004 525i that I received the tail light error on due to the light being out. I would like to replace ALL the regular bulbs with LED bulbs in my tail lights as well as the yellow side markers. Has anyone been successful with replacement bulbs and not getting errors? I'm open to any suggestions. Thank you!

I don't have any experience with tail light bulbs (yet) but I did replace all the interior lights, license plate lights, angel eyes, and side marker lights with LED's from http://www.trinityautosport.com No errors, plug&play, and the best customer service one could hope for. Joe and Nerwyll are really great guys - get in contact with them and I'm sure they'll help you out.

ETA: I also bought my wheels from them for a great price

Did you do the gauges as well? Someone on here did and now I can't find who it was! They changed them to white lights instead of that orange and they looked really good

One thing to note, if you drive at night long distance alot, I'd leave the amber or dim-red dash light alone. According to Audi and BMW (even US jet fighter cokpit designer), amber gives the best visibility without tiring the eyes at night. Sometime there is quite of engineering put in by these car makers when it comes to ergonomics or man-machine interface, though we know what happen to first iDrive design.

Nah, I don't drive long distances at night. But interesting info though.

I think the white dash would look nicer though....
