Dash coolant gauge.
Hey all
My coolant warning light (the one up near the rear view mirror) went on for a while. I plan to add some coolant, but I figure this is a great reminder to fix my console coolant temp gauge. Last time I tried to find the sensor, I looked at the thermostat housing and found about 5 sensors... none of them seemed to be 'blue'. The 'blue' one is supposed to be the one that sends the temp to the dash. I attached a photo of where I am looking. Any tips on which sensor it is or the best way to diagnose it would be welcome. I plan to (after identifying the correct sensor) ground the sensor lead and see if the gauge spikes. Thanks Daniel |

IF you are getting any reading above 'cold' get the gauge to read and then pull off the sensors in turn. (Ign on not running). The gauge will loose reading when the sensor is pulled off.
