Disable Alarm siren only in e90 ? how ?

That's an interesting situation you have there. If you don't mind stating, what is the sound health problem that a infrequent siren would cause major issues too? I imagine if it's something really bad then emergency vehicles could be an issue.

The alarm is a single integrated system and I've never heard of disabling one feature but keeping the other on. I'd imagine it would take some rewiring/programming which I am sure is not what you are looking for. You may want to ask the dealership about disabeling the alarm. If you site your health reasons they may be kind enough to do it for free?

You should check out google for aftermarket alarms that are lights only (assuming you want to go that route)

The siren is in the left rear wheel well, not the right front. Not sure how you came to that conclusion. You can disconnect the siren but you also lose the tilt sensor. If you just want to keep the little light, you can. Once the siren is disconnected it will still blink, just in a different pattern. Instead of one blink ever 5 seconds or so you will get two quick blink in the same time interval. The different blink pattern indicates an alarm malfunction but thieves won't know that. They will think the alarm is active.
