Single CD Player to Multiple CD Swap

Is it possible to swap out the single business CD player with one that allows for multiple CDs? I think the other CD player besides the single-CD ones allows for six CDs at once.

I have a single business CD player but would like to buy a factory 6-CD player and swap it out with what I've currently got. Is it possible? Direct swap and plug-and-play? And would it still be compatible with my Bluetooth, radio, HK sound system?

I'm pretty sure the 6 cd "changer" is going to be a seperate unit for yours. It is on my E60 and mounts in the glove box. It also requires factory prewiring. Then coding for idrive to recognize it. You can verify this by looking at the back of your glove box, if it has a removeable door then it is the same.
