Just picked up 2010 x5

So i just picked up my CPO 2010 X5 48i. Traded in 2008 550, and i have to say i was having second thoughts on way to the dealer. Well the ride home confirmed i had made a good decision. The smoothness of this vehicle amazed me! The comfort of the seats and the newer IDrive controls made it a pleasurable hour ride home. X5 came with the 20" wheels with brand new bridgestone run flats. Was hoping for some opinions on whether or not i should stick with the run flats or swap them for a set of all seasons.i have heard thrn can be quite noisy after a few thousand miles (Friend owns a tire business). Downside of this X5 is the gas mileage!! Guzzled a quarter tank on ride home alone!

Check the tire pressure... If they are underinflated, the car will consume more gas. And yea, stock Bridgestone RFT's suck - they become very noisy when they start to wear out, and they wear out pretty quickly (even if you have good alignment). If you have spare tire option - I'd recommend replacing RFT's with non-RFT tires and selling your RFT's while they are still in good shape.

I was thinking about replacing with the continental extreme Contact DWS.
