I.have a 92 325i , my driver door wont open from the outside but it will open from inside the car, where can I g

The outside door handle link to the latch is broken. The handle will have to be replaced. Is your 325i a sedan or convertible? If it's a sedan, the job is difficult but not really bad. If it's a convertible (two-door) it's a torture test. The window glass has to come loose and it's tilted to gain access to the latch.

E36 convertibles started in '94. I think you could still get an E30 convertible in '92, but I'm not 100% on that.

Just for clarification, the actual handle itself breaks and cannot be reused/repaired?

Its a sedan

There's a metal rod (linkage) between the handle and the latch mechanism. The rod attaches to a part on the handle that allows it to actuate the latch mechanism. This part is a common failure point.
