X5 seat swap question

I have a 2001 x5 4.4 sports package. I would like to swap my seats for seats from a 2006 x5 4.8 (comfort seats) and want to know if they will fit in my x5. Can anyone help me?

If I was in your shoes...I'd look up the comfort seat (or the parts for the comfort seat) from the 2006 4.8is (including the rails) on one of the part database sites like www.realoem.com ... then use the vehicle part nbr search feaature to see if the earlier models are listed as using the same part.

For example...I looked up the comfort seat control actuator (#1 in the diagram below)...
