I doubt it.
Do you have comprehensive on your auto policy?

Call safelight. See if your insurance covers them. Cheap, quick, quality.

A good quality auto glass company is all I can recommend. Perhaps you will get a tax refund?

I haven't priced out one for my e34 but I had one replaced on my e39 for $150. It was a local place to me but they would only put OEM glass in since they had issues in the past with aftermarket glass.

Thinking...through Geico I can switch to "comprehensive with full glass and $50 deductible"...for only increase of $90 to premium...may go that route. I will try to get quote from local guy as well.
Looks like safelite does have OEM option...wonder what the web-quote uses for price. Just found on their FAQ page: "Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) auto glass is made by the same manufacturer as your original glass. Original Equipment Equivalent (OEE) auto glass is made to the same standards, but by a different manufacturer. Our customers can choose OEM or OEE prior to service by calling 800-590-7856. Our auto glass meets or exceeds all federal, industry and safety standards, and we engage in some of the most rigorous product testing in the industry."
