20in wheels and tires...how do I choose?

Hey M,

I want to upgrade my 2011 M3 competition package with new wheels and tires. 20 inch with a little more beef to them and a slightly lower profile than the stock 19" that are on there now. I dont have much knowledge in tires and dont want to purchase anything that is to big and will throw off the car. Any recommnedations on a good looking and performing size? Doesnt have to be run flats. Thanks for any suggestions.

The only thing I can think of is BBS to replace the M wheels you had on the vehicle, the one came with the car is an excellent wheel just curious why you want to upgrade the wheels?

If you can afford it, going with a lighter forged wheel is highly recommended.
