To me, it looks like the flange on the drive shaft is too far forward (too close to the flange on the trans). The guibo looks stressed.
If you unbolt the drive shaft from the trans, you should be able to compress the drive shaft so that its flange lines up correctly with the guibo. Also, make sure centering ring inside the output flange on the trans is in good shape. |

Also, does anyone know how tight the collar nut on the driveshaft should be? where the driveshaft splits? Thanks a lot

As long as you're unbolting the driveshaft, check the center bearings (or any bearings for that matter). I just recently replaced my entire driveshaft due to a seized center bearing.
It was causing similar issues to those you describe. You SHOULD be able to just replace the bearing; mine was just especially f'd.

Believe it or not i just recently replaced the driveshaft with a rebuilt one and that came with a new CSB! but i had a guy install it for me and he installed the csb upside down, therefore i was getting a smacking and all kinds of vibrations, when i called him to ask him about it he said " oh it will go away, its just smacking on the heat shield that i bent" wtf really.. i did drive the car for a week or so like this, so maybe the bearing that was new is bad now as well ughhhhh

If he installed your CSB upside down and bent your heat shield, I would definitely be suspicious of anything he touched while he was in there.
