blowing fuses

i have a 99 58i with codes p1721 & p1723 after diagnosing i found that the air injection pump was bad but the check valve was working fine. also there was no power getting to the pump so i replaced the pump and i found that fuse 107 under the carpet on the passenger side was blown. i put a new one started the car it worked fine for 2 key cycles and the it blew the fuse again, in between the fuse and the pump there is a relay has anyone ever see the relay blowing the 50 amp fuse for the pump? any help will be greatly appreciated.

Check the ebox, under the passenger cabin filter. Open it up and check for water near the bottom. Pull the relay and inspect it too.
