Hey Guys,
please suggest me, I've bought my X1 from approved used car sales. Its only month old now and got only 20k on clock. Issue1: motor way driving, I need to rev really hard to get car move at 70-80mph. Issue2: Car is not responsive: is it because of smaller engine. Issue3: @70 mph i get only 31 mpg is there anything wrong like, me changing gear too quickly. help me.... |

Have you tried shifting the lever to the left to engage Drive Sport (D/S) mode? This mode improves responsiveness.

31 mpg is good for 70 in my opinion.

Multiply Imperial MPG by 0.8 to get US MPG.
Imperial gallon is 20% larger than US Gallon. |

Hello Guys,
Not sure what BMW Tech did, but he Mpg has changed massively to 50.1, they haven't mentioned what has been done to the car. I'm quite happy now with mpg. Also additionally I'm going to aluminium roof rails at discounted price(40%) to my one as it's hasn't got x-line package. Not sure how but was told by service guys that it would help aero dynamics in better way. Thanks Srujan |
