I need to purchase a sump as the current sump was cracked and welded result that the sump is slightly wapped and leak oil once the engine reach temp.

Wrecker is your best place to go.

You will need one from an E30 as the E36 M40 has a different sump.

They have a "wanted section" where you can ask for spares, otherwise look at the Junkmail website...they have lots of places advertising used E30 spares.
