Any one know what the color of the wheels is
for 2007 Z4-M roadster 17" wheels? I ordered touch up pen from Bavauto but is too dark. ![]() Can't seem to find a site that list BMW wheel colors

A 2007 M Roadster did not have 17 inch wheels. If that is a picture of your motor, I don't think you have a 2007, it sure don't look like mine.
![]() I have always been told it was Hyper Silver, I looked at Real Oem and did not see where the paint color was, they are simply described as Lighty Alloy Rim 224. http://realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do?...62&hg=36&fg=15

Thanks Stihlbolts. That helps a lot.
I just bought this one and is my first BMW. My Z4 is a 3.0i with the M convince package. Has the M logo on trunk Leather memory seats Business CD with Bluetooth Not as powerful as yours but runs really nice

That sounds like the standard Convience package, not a M package. M's come with 18 inch wheels, Staggared Set up, Lower suspension, big brakes, M Seats (which are memory too and heated) The M Steering wheel, only come in manual 6 speed and even the older models came with more horsepower than the basic and sports edition. You would not get a single M badge on the trunk, they would be on the wheels, side markers, motor, steering wheel, shift knob, on the seat head rest.
Plug your vin in this decoder, it will give you a read out of all your BMW came with and what it truly is. http://www.bmw-z1.com/VIN/VINdecode-e.cgi

Yes- TRIMHORN you certainly don't want to have your car listed as a "2007 Z4-M Roadster" as it clearly is not. They did not offer an "M convenience package" in 2007. You have either a 3.0i or 3.0si which should be visible next to the side marker light if it hasn't been removed. I would take the M badge off the rear deck if it was my car...
As for the wheels- I would contact a wheel repair place in your area and ask if you could get some paint. I actually scored some for free from my place. It should be called "hyper silver" as STIHLBOLTS said previously. |
