Voice feature randomly not working 2013 F01.

Occasionally and randomly, when I press the voice button on the wheel of my 2013 750i (B&O equipped) it does not work. No "ding" awaiting for a voice command. It happens rarely. The only condition when I notice this can be replicated is if the car is in reverse and the screen shows the back camera. Every other sound continues to work fine (music, telephone, NAV, etc.)

Any one else noticed this?

I also have a 2013 750Li and have had this issue. I spoke with my dealer about it and we found hat the issue occurred when I had my iphone connected via USB and the iPhone was not being recognized. Apparently there is an issue with the new version of apple software that may cause a conflict.

Last time it happened I unplugged my iPhone and it seemed to work again.
