Grrrr...bought 2013 5 series on Jan 28th !!!!!!!!!!! I missed holiday credit and Feb credit..FML.

In a nut shell...

For all MY10 or MY11 3/5 Series, X5 and Z4
lease contracted between 24 to 42 months only

...if your contract expires between 02/1/13 - 08/31/13 you will qualify for the pull ahead offer that waives UP TO 3 payments of your current lease ... as long as you lease/finance a new or CPO through BMW FS

I have ED scheduled for May 23 on an M5. I have my production number and have my deal in place for $2000.00 over ED Invoice. I noticed that the $1500.00 Lease/APR credit is available for the M5. I can obviously apply it to my ED purchase, correct? If so, can I lock it in now despite taking delivery in May? Thanks in advance.

If you are on east coast I think you will need to sign the papers etc by April 28 to maintain the 60 day lock from Feb 28 but lets see if one of our resident CA sponsors confirms this

Ok, so... my last payment is 8/18/13. Does that put me in the nutshell or on the outside since I don't have to turn the car in until 9/18? I'd like to return it befor my June payment as I am planning to do ED at the end of that month.

Yes THE $1,500 can be locked. however only for 60 days in your area. You can sign in late April and take delivery in May

Pardon my confusion: you mean the Feb enhancements expire 02/28? So to take advantage of the offer, BMWFS application must be made by 02/28 and contract signed (delivery) by ~60 days after?

Sounds like you have a firm grasp. If you are on the West Coast the lock is 90 days.

it's lease expiration date, not payment date. you don't qualify.

If the incentive expires on Feb 28 and my ED delivery is May 23rd what is the exact way to proceed to ensure I get the $1500.00 incentive? When you say sign in late April you mean the contract and financing correct? I am waiting to hear back from my CA but I want to be properly informed when talking to him. Thanks again..

One more detail: is the BMWFS credit approval expiration another deadline altogether? (so you could have 60 days for credit approval and 90 days for incentive lock, or other way around?) Thanks!!!

You need to lockin the Feb incentive by submitting order and finance app before Feb 28

Then you have till April 28 to sign papers, first payment etc and you can take delivery in May

We are planning on ordering an E70 X5 50i before the production ends, I know there are no incentives for the X5 50i this month, but do you anticipate any cash/incentives for the E70 models in the next few months?

For the pull ahead program, I just bought 10,000 extra miles and added the cost to my monthly lease payments. In this case, will bmwfs only pay for 3 months of the original contract lease payments and charge me for the actual mileage overage at turn in or do I have to pay for the 10,000 even if I don't use it up? I don't mind paying for my actual extra miles, I just want be sure. My lease expires August 10.
