Headlight stuck down??

I finally finished putting my 7 back together, had the battery off for about 2 weeks, and now the headlight won't level out. Both are stuck in the down position, and were fine before I starte the engine work. I didn't touch the headlights. What could be the problem? And also where is the level sensor located?

Thanks buddy. I actually figured it out. The little arm for the vertical aim sensor broke. No biggie

Where is that located?

Its on the passneger side wishbone link. Where the ball joint mounts. My mind is blank right now and i cant think of the name of the part that its on.
