Fueled up the diesel because tank was nearly empty this morning and bypassed the gas lines...I didn't get to experience this with Sandy because that storm totaled our first X5D
Home already drinking coffee and relaxing. Hopefully no power outages for us in Brooklyn. My 10 month old son is sleeping and his mom is on her way home from Manhattan in a chauffeured car as I write this.
Best bet for everyone is to stay off the roads and relax at home.
Speaking as a first responder it is a real drag when people try to drive in blizzard conditions, get stuck, abandon their vehicles and effectively block the streets. It's selfish and arrogant and can end up causing the death of an innocent third party waiting for help that can't get to them.

Hopefully your X is tucked away in a nice garage and not outside , I remember a 30in snowfall back in 1996, couldn't get out the front door, snow drift was over 6ft high.

In NYC at 9 pm is little dusting, no big dill so far

News are indicating this will not be the snowpocalypse ever news agency has been running. MA however is gonna be pummeled.

In Albany NY region, this was really nothing. News reports made everyone expect the worst. Six inches tops. It was fun driving because the snow was like grease. Sunny and cold this morning. Boston and LI looked bad from news reports.

Haha, it's in the underground heated garage in my apartment building. I really want to get out there, but everything is shut down.
