E63 / E64 6 Series (2003 - 2013)
The E63/E64 BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I purchased my 2007 650i Cabrio in December of 2011. I loved the car as it was and then happened to stumble into both the Bimmerfest and M5Board forums. So now I found out I could tweak it and make it mine!

Thanks to the extremely knowledgeable and generous members of both boards that share their knowledge and experience, I have now completed quite a few changes, customizations and modifications to my car. Some members were directly involved in my mods, and some provided DIYs, and others gave inspiration and support. Hats off to all the members of both boards.

I will post my details in a separate thread since Iím sure Iíll get some questions, but I wanted to say thanks to the following members:
ZRocks1, Yorgi, Whatheheck, gkinvest, Mimi74, MarkCarson, tampamark, TopDownInFL, Mulchman, itschase, ZRocks1 (yea, he deserves thanks twice!), and a few others that I canít think of right now.

What a great bunch!

It's great to know that we have a great community full of helpful members. Without this forum, many of us would have nightmares if something went wrong on the car.

But why all of sudden. Thanks Roseng, you help me with the dealer case last time too. I'm really thankful to be here. I think Bimmerfest is for 6er. There is no other forum that a 6er can get an answer as quick as it is from Bimmerfest. Hope this will keep up always.

I was thinking I might get the new 6 if experts here get one too. LOL

Bimmerfest is the best car forum I've been a member of, and I've been doing forms since the days when they were only mailing list digests.

I was on BMW UUC Digest 14-15 years ago, I remember anxiously waiting for the email to arrive with the answers to your questions. Then I remember bmwe30.net was the first real specialist forum I was on, it was run by Gustavo Melo, very popular site. I did lots of DIY articles for the site but they're all gone now. It did make a reappearance in another guise for a while but that too didn't last long.
There's lots of useful fora out there, this is definitely the most active 6 Series forum by far.

THanks. Wow, it's amazing. I was 9 years old by that time.

Thank You Greg! I love my AE's and I'm sorry you had problems with the replacements. Hope all is better now. Don't forget to let me buy you a beverage next time you're in the Philly area.
