When you lock your car (manually) with the key...walk around to the fuel filler door and see if it is locked or unlocked. If it is unlocked...it is probably the culprit and is blowing the central locking fuse that is in the trunk.
You can unplug the electrical harness to this actuator, then check the fuse to see if it is still intact (not blown). Then take note if the problem persists...or is cured. If cured, then the culprit is the fuel filler door actuator (#12 in diagram below)or the bowden cable (#11 in diagram below). You can then choose to replace it, or leave it be if an unlocked fuel filler door isn't an issue for you. The fuel filler door actuator is located behind a black backing plate (#15 in the diagram above)...and tucked into the cross brace for the rear fender (behind the insulation above the battery). In the pic below, you can see the actuator (still attached to the backing plate) removed and turned around...the electrical connector is on the lower left (in the pic)...so when you're looking for your electrical harness as it's still secured in place...it will be on the lower right (again, the image below is flipped around so you can see it): ![]()

Fuse 58 basically is for the fuel filler door actuator. Are you sure you disconnected the electrical harness to the fuel filler door actuator...or did you just pull the manual release cord (I only ask because that has happened several times in the past)?
![]() You can see the manual release cord for the fuel filler door in the image below...it has a black plastic tip connected to a "wire" in the middle of the pic just above the battery: ![]()
