Good to hear. I think it's a BMW SAV at a great price and should do very well.

Hi,

I'm a newbie here. Yes, the Feb incentive for 328i is simply hard to resist. It's cheaper than certain Honda models for sure, at least in my area (Bay Area). In fact I just leased a 328i ($500 below invoice) two days ago.

Any details on your new lease?

Not a knock on you or anyone else, I agree with added incentives the Feb lease on the 328i is great, but one can easily lease a base Accord for under $200/mo. with no money down. But most of us can agree it's not worth the little saving.

So out of curiosity what does a loaded 335i lease for these days with best rates etc. and minimum down? I've been in sticker shock after pricing out what I would like. It's close to 56k msrp and 4 years ago the msrp was 42k for my e90, albeit a 328i. The 335i I was looking at back then was 44k in comparison.

Depends also on 10k, 12k or 15k lease. I would say a good lease deal for a loaded 335 F30 with all fees/taxes rolled in would be in the 550-600/month range.

When equipped as close to equal as you can get E90 328 vs F30 328 and 335's are not very far apart, maybe a grand or two but that accounts for more features not available with the E90. If you are seeing a $12k gap from 335 to 335, then there is a big equipment discrepancy.

How much of that drive off is cap cost reduction?

If your total drive off is $3,200, cap cost reduction would likely be around $2,000, unless there are cash incentives used as cap cost reduction as well.

There is another $1000 cash from BMW, that's why they can do it. Even for none BMW customer.

I have a friend in Florida (or has become a friend) who is a luxury car broker and can get any BMW or MB for invoice from a couple of different dealerships. And no dealer fee. Feel free to inbox me for his phone number.

Here's a leasing question: When you agree to lease, can you order a car to your specs to build overseas, or do you need to take possession of what's on the lot?

This sounds like a good deal. Do you have any other info on it? 36months?

What's MSRP and selling price? There is no reason to put $5k down. No money down will likely raise the payment to $400. Put the $5k away and drawn it down to cover the extra $150 a month. Or use some of the money to put max MSDs down to lower the lease rate, then get them back at the lease end.

That is what I would do, roll everything in. MSRP was $40k I think.

So you order/build the car first, then work out the lease deal?

More or less simultaneously. You can't talk numbers if they don't know what your car costs.
