Chapman BMW Chandler - positive end-result
I purchased a 2013 X5 35d in early January.
I discovered a "day-of-sale" issue early February which I reported to my Sales Advisor. Chapman BMW - esp. Rich Yang, the Sales General Manager - did right by me in resolving the issue... I give them props for a positive end-result for me on the issue... |
