American Express Advance Ticket Purchasing

Does anyone know how to get signed up or become a member of American Express tickets area?

Over the past year I have purchased concert tickets from local sellers both of whom say they bought their tickets as American Express members and they receive notification in an email as to when the tickets will go on sale to their "exclusive" membership group. They go online the morning of and are able to buy very good tickets to shows like Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber (both sets of tickets bought for my two daughters).

I'd like to get advance notice and be able to buy the tickets the same way these people do but have googled it and not been able to find much of anything.

I'm an American Express card holder (Platinum Skymiles card) and am thinking I should be able to do this.

Anyone know how to do this?

I use an Amex platinum business card and the concierge service had signed me up. Give them a call.
