E90/E91/E92/E93 Lease Transfer/FS - E91 2011 328 xDrive Sports Wagon - Black Sapphire/Chestnut Brown

Looking to see if there is any interest in someone assuming my lease - or buying outright if preferred. I'll list specs below, but first a couple of notes:

- Custom ordered from Forum Sponsor Adrian Avila
- It has a rare manual transmission
- Got a good deal, so you will be pressed to find a better lease deal for a comparable car
- It was picked up from Performance Center in SC
- There is no MSD - sometimes you see a great monthly payment, but there are MSDs involved. MSDs are great to secure a good payment, but not everyone feels good about it when picking a lease from someone else.
- The payment you see does not involve any out of pocket, except for the transfer fee.
- Most miles were driven when driving back from SC to VT, currently I only add about 250 miles a month (at most!) since i work 3-4 miles from home
- Did i say that is a manual?

Notice that there was no ZCW package - Funny enough, the xDrive e91 came standard with most of the Cold Weathe package features, notice the heated seats, heated steering wheel, etc. The only addition with ZCW was a ski bag, and manual shade. No thanks!

Wear Items - Tires are in great shape. I always swap to winter shoes, and given how long our VT winters are, I almost put more miles on the winters than on the RFTs.
