Arrow What do you think of this lease deal?

Just spoke t a dealership outside of Philadelphia. They quoted me a price and here are the numbers

2013 328i X-Drive sedan
Mineral White Metallic
Venetian Beige Leather
Premium Package
Lighting Package
Heated Seats
12,000 miles per year

MSRP: $45,295

Sale price from dealer AFTER $1,750 BMW incentives $40,545....$200 above invoice.

Invoice price on this car is $40,245, at first I thought it was a really good deal but technically it's still $1,950 above invoice from the dealer because they're arriving at $40,545 using the $1,750 lease cash....

What do you guys think? Is it fair to still ask for $500 above invoice THEN apply the $1,750 lease cash?

I appreciate any comments or suggestions!

Where did you get the $40,245 invoice? There is usually not a $5,050 spread between the MSRP and invoice on a 3 series.
