Noise in right rear quarter panel area

2009 X5 4.8 full load @ 78,000 kms -- have rubbing/shuffling/squeak noise coming from right rear quarter panel. Checked for numerous sources; sounds like it may be a shock/suspension issue or bushings possibly? Seeing dealer this week ... any ideas?
