Doors automatic closing

Hi,
I have this 730D which I got for around 4 weeks. 2010 model.
When you close the trunk, you just close it gently and you hear the electrical lock gently pulling it into closed position.
from the manual, it says the doors should behave that way but they don`t.
am I wrong or what? somethin is wrong?
any help appreciated.

It comes as part of the convenience package. Every 2010 I've seen in the US includes it but being an option I guess it could be ordered without it.

It's standard on the 750 but it may be an option on the 30's and 40's

Very easy to retrofit. I've done this to two E60's and my old 2012 F10. Costs from 1500-2k and only requires power and ground to operate each module. No coding necessary. Power trunk option is also quite straight forward to install as well, but does require coding and a tad more wiring.
