My sister just bought her first BMW

I come from a family of BMW's (08 550i M package) and I'm proud to say that my sister finally owns her very own CPO 2010 X5. Buuuuuut I have a question for you guys, she was wondering if her X5 comes with bluetooth audio. She has the Technology package/Navigation but she can't figure out if it's Bluetooth capable. Was that available for the 2010 models?

In 2010, the Bluetooth came with the Premium Pkg or you could add it as a separate $750 option (as part of the BMW Assist). If she has it, you can access it through the iDrive -> Telephone, scroll down and the Bluetooth should show up. She then just need to pair the phone with the car and she should be good to go.

If by bluetooth audio you mean she'll be able to play her music on her phone in the car, then the 2010 does not have that. Bluetooth in 2010 is only for phone calls. Good luck
