Hello,
trying to determine if this is the right tool for BMW specific codes http://www.amazon.com/BestDealUSA-OB...=pd_sbs_auto_5

Im hunting 171/174 codes and according to this article (http://repairpal.com/OBD-II-Code-P0171-and-P0174)
i need to be able to "check the Barometric Pressure reading on the scan tool data" ( not sure what it means ) and frame freeze.


Feedback and advise are very welcomed.

Diagnosing this problem won't be solved with the "right" scan tool. It's already diagnosed You have a "false air" entering the intake manifold. It's time to get your hands dirty to find out where the leak is.
What car / engine is in question here?
