E82 / E88 1 Series (2008 - 2013)
BMWs throw back to the iconic 2002, with a renewed form and function. The smallest car in BMW's line up but still packs a punch. Available in coupe or convertible, powered by either an inline 6 in the 128 or the twin turbo rocket sled 135. |

Seatbelt chime BMW 1 Series 120D
Hi all, ive recently had my car valeted and it seems that something is up with the passenger seatbelt chime, the warning light is on and alarming when the passenger seat in not in use... fine when someone is using the seat. i have to drive with the passenger seatbelt buckled even though the passenger seat in empty, not a problem just abit of an annoyance.

Something is triggering the sensor in the seat cushion. Check under the passenger seat and make sure none of the wires are damaged.

Check the connector #1 shown in the picture. Unplug and inspect it.

Everything looks fine under there. I can't see any problems at all.
