Does Anyone Have a Name for Their Bimmer?

I thought I would ask this question for fun. I always name my cars. After careful deliberation, I came up with the name Carl. How about anyone else?

Incidentally I have a 2010 335D.

It was back at the dealership a number of times in the first few months. So now it's the Bad News Beemer.

Yes - "Bemo" pronounced [be-mo], which is a common Eastern European derivative of the German pronunciation of BMW [be-em-ve]. To hell with the fact that cars are inanimate objects, this thread WILL be fun!

I don't really have a name for my E93 but my SO does, in fact he has two names for it:

If he is negotiating with me for driving rights he calls it "Wunderkar".

If he is watching me back out of the garage top down, the car becomes the "POS".

(ps: he drives a MB land yacht.... )

Adele for the e90 and Amelia for the e92. I still regret selling Alice.

The fiancee named him. I never approved but it stuck. I miss him felt like i abandoned a child

I've also given all my cars/trucks names. My last vehicle was a explorer n I named it Green Monsta. I miss it too!!! But my 530i's name is Veamer or VMW for short. Since my name is Veronica

I usually just refer to my car as "the princess" or "spoiled brat," because she is definitely both of those things.

My little frahline is named Deedee as she is a diesel. The license plate starting with DD sealed the deal. I have named other cars like my old Honda Accord is Herman... he is kind of dumpy so the sedate mild mannered name was in order. He has 209k miles. The dodge is named Randy as he is a RAM truck.

Mein Liebling's stablemates are; 1987 Toyota MR2 is Mr. Two (not very original I know), 1990 Miata is Mr. Miagi and my 2002 F-150 is "The Grey Ghost" named after my favorite Schwinn "Krate" bike when I was a kid.

I think it was those Schwinn "Krate" bikes that got me hooked on cars, kind'a like a "gateway drug".
