Any luck in custom options?

Hi,

I'm looking to order a 2013 X5d but my dealer can't add on the 840 (higher top speed limiter) despite my ordering of the prerequisite sport package and 20" wheels. Has anyone had any luck in ordering custom options that aren't listed?

And before you ask why I'd need to go 150 in an X5, I don't need to but it's unnecessary to be limited with the proper tires.

FYI, It turns out the 840 is automatically added with the Sport Package and the 20" wheels.
