F31 328i Touring M-Sport

Hello everybody!

I just wanted to share with you all that my 2014 328i XDrive Touring M-Sport is finally on order!

Expected delivery date, May 30th 2013!

I cannot wait!

So, why can't we in the US order the same? And any idea when we will be able to place an order for an F31?

Mine should be picked up for production this week. Delivery sometime in April. Can't wait either!

You can place the order for the 2013 model year F31 now. The 2014 model year will have to wait.

The color will be Mineral Grey. I wanted Estoril Blue but figured grey would be a little more subtle.

I'm not sure why US can't place orders now. My build sheet says 2014 328i....

Will I keep it stock?

MY 2014 for the US does not start production till July. MY 2013 production is between March - June, and that can be ordered now.

I had read elsewhere that the F30 MY14 was going to include the updated NBT nav with the massively improved hardware. Will this be included in the MY13 in the F31? Any other changes anticipated in the F31 between the MY13 and MY14, especially since in Canada there will only be a MY14.

Canadian ordering guide clearly states that this will be a MY2014 car with the updated Navigation system. Here's a snippet of the product bulletin:

Hi Matt. Thanks for posting that information. I am about to order an F31 in Canada as well and have received a price quote in writing. May I ask if you were able to do better than MSRP? Thanks.

Reading this list, I almost can think that I am shopping for AVR (audio -video receiver) or something like that, not a car.

I haven't started negotiating anything. I simply put my order in. I will be in touch with the dealership very shortly to finalize the deal. But that is my car on order.

BMW West Island customers... stay away from my car!!!!

I too have one with my name on it coming out of week 12 production. No VIN assigned as of yet. Estoril Blue with MSport and M Performance. I think it will be here in late April allowing a month for transit.

Canbmw, did you get pricing? My dealer tells me that pricing has not been released yet. I estimated mine using current 328 and335 pricing to be about $60k CDN. Where is yours coming in price wise?

If you can see order option code 6AM (Advanced Real Time Traffic) in the MY2013 US F31 order guide, then that will indicate "new" NBT Navigation.

The US MY2013 ordering guide does show 6AM Advanced Real-Time Traffic Information, so it looks like it it will have the updated Navigation. I believe I had read elsewhere that the wagon would have the latest Navi system.

Balls I say Anyhow I'll bet ya a loonie that you won't be in that new 2014 ride by the end of May.

Anyhow good luck. These days there just isn't much of anything on the NA market like the Touring... ute functionality without the associated handling penalty.

BTW, if you do win the bet, you gotta come here to collect (and give me a ride)

Matt, ademitt, canbmw, would you mind sharing the MSRP? I read somewhere (autoblog.ca I think) it's going to start at around 47 k$ and nothing below that... ademitt you mentioned you estimated 60 k$... That's fully spec'ed, no option left unticked?

I'm quite curious even though I'm not looking for a car right now. I'm in Montreal myself, so Matt, I'll make sure I stay away from BMW West Island!

Also, have the dealerships mentioned anything about the F31 in diesel?

Is this the official price or a quote from a dealer. I got one of those too but it is a dealer guess just to make the order go through. It wasn't the official price.
