Picking between two cars need help

Looking at getting a 2004 330ci convertible with 88k or a 2007 328i with 102k miles with a system restraint warning ,? Question about which one I should get and what would be the cause of that restraint wearing ? On the 07

Mein Auto: 330ci (05) conv.
I have a 330ci convertable. And I wouldn't change it for a e92 unless it was a 335 convertable

Where in california are you. Get a pre purchase inspection at a dealer or a bmw mechanic.

A restraint fault means something is not right in the restraint system. That is why I asked if the 07 had been in an accident. I would take the convertible too. Make sure to have the rear sub frame inspected for cracks.

Mein Auto: 07' BMW 328i
My questions...what are the asking prices of the vehicles? How does the interior and exterior match up? Who owned them? Just because the 07' 328i has a faulty code doesn't mean the 04' wasn't owned by someone who drove it like a dumb ass. What are the transmissions? And what about paperwork for regular maintence and general repair? No paperwork, no deal. IMO.
