just starting, need advice

I've had my 03 530i bmw sport premium pkg for about 8 months now. I love it, but it can always be faster. I don't know that much about motors, but I really wanna start building my car, any advice as to what I should put in and why? I have no idea where to start!!

If you want a hotrod, you chose the wrong car....BMWs are probably the most difficult (and expensive) to modify. These engines *do not* respond to all the usual "go-fast tricks" like CAI, cat-back exhaust, chips, pullies, etc. There`s a saying around here:

"Learn to love what you got, or buy a faster car"....

THAT`S reality...
