Not bad... I guess it's of the lot... You might regret that it doesn't have the lighting package though...

Yeah I know...I'm trying to find a deal on car with Lightning Package but dealer wont get right numbers (so far). One I've on radar is Sports Line with Black Sapphire/Black-Red interior...but giving up Estoril Blue is is a tough call.

No acquisition fee on a lease? That's surprising.

Residuals are high which will make it hard for you if you want the car at lease end.

The better question is that a good deal on the price of the car? Financing or leasing is what it is.

At a nearly 10% discount to MSRP that seems pretty good. I don't know 328 pricing but given the high volume of them maybe that makes sense.

You are going to regret no lighting. You will obsess over the option you don't get. I didn't get DHP and that was a mistake.

Great deal! If you apply MSD, you will save another probably $35 a month. The best deal I have ever seen.

For me I would choose the xenons. Lack of them is a deal breaker.

With a BMWFS lease there is an acquisition fee in there. I guarantee it. The base fee is not negotiable in any way, shape, or form.

That is such a great deal it's worth giving up the lights for, but...I agree with the poster who said you always regret the options you didn't get too and the Xenons make a big difference in both looks and performance...we should lobby BMW to make them standard

You are getting a brand new car? Why not just do a performance delivery option?

Yeah...It has 725 bank fee rolled into the payment. I forgot to mention that.

Xenons & DHP are the two missing pieces which I would love to have.

I reaaly don't want to rain on your parade, but for the kind of money you are going to shell out for this car, you want to make sure you don't regret that option you didn't get.
Since you are getting an xdrive wuhich keep the std suspension (instead of the sports one) I fear you will regret not having both the HIDs and the DHP... Especially the lights...

If you decide you can leave without them, then go ahead but never ever look back (ok at least until your next lease )

You're getting almost $5k off sticker? Insane. I got $2k off for my estoril blue, M sport that is not as loaded as yours. Another dealer offered me $0 discount and the payment was going to be $650 a month without leather! I ended up getting leather and Harmon Kardon only. My msrp was
$43k. I got 12k miles a year for 36 months, $1200 down. My payment is $570.

Yeah, unless it is a 2012. I don't think so since he has 62% residual. I'd love to see deals like this in Canada - we had similar money factors until 2005.
