Diagnostic cable plug
Hey guys -
Sorry for the noobie question, but I am trying to reset the SES light on our X3 (2005) - I have a K+DCAN cable. I found a socket thingie under the driver side (right above the hood release lever) - its labelled OBD. However, my cable's pins are no where close to fitting that input on the car. The cable came with an adapter, but even the adapter doesn't seem like it will make things work. Am I looking at the wrong input location? Is there an OBD2 (again, this might be a stupid q, I'm not sure)? Please help!!!
