Question Radiator toruble 318 TI Sport can anyone help?

Well i have a 1999 318TI Sport was driving home the other day when with a pop it decided to spray coolant everywhere very inconvenient Anyways had a look and found out that at the back of the radiator where the hose's are the plastic erm Thing? sorry not sure what to call it has broken causing the pipe to leak

Now is it fixable because getting hands down there is a real problem as theres just not enough room tried removing some of the engine cover made a lil room but still got hands cut to pieces wondering if it can be fixed or has to be done professionally? such as engine being moved or gearbox being dropped anyone had this problem or any ideas on a fix?

All help appreciated thanks

Search for e36 cooling system diy.

Yes it is easier for you to find it than for me to post the several thousand responses from my phone.
