exhaust steam and wet floor..
i have a lot of steam coming from my exhaust,,and have started to notice a damp patch on the floor near the silencer after the car has been parked up after driving,,, can anybody help me with this 1,,, thanx

If the damp patch is water (condensation) then that is perfectly normal.
If it is sweet smelling, then be more alarmed as that is a symptom of a blown head gasket/warped head. Easiest way to tell? -check your oil. If it looks like a milkshake, then worry more. Most accurate way to tell? -test your coolant for oil contamination with test strips. Either way, welcome to the 'Fest. Ed
