No sound

I got my car back from the shop today and the radio has no sound. All the radio functions work but no sound. Had the struts/shocks changed, passenger seat repaired, MAF sensor cleaned, and the regular service. It doesn't seem like anything was done that would affect the radio. Any ideas?

Does the CD player work?

In order to replace the rear shocks, the rear seat must be removed, as well as the C-pillar covers, and the package shelf cover. The antenna amp is behind the left C-pillar cover. Take it back; they've done something.

Hmm. Check to see that the cables around the radio unit in the back are properly seated. I'd go with the rear deck being the source as well.

Check these fuses under the glove compartment 56,58, and 43. If those are good. Check if your amp is getting power in the trunk where your cd player is located . You Can Also Try This , Turn Your ignition switch to the last position before turning it on and bring down the sun visor and open the vanity mirror the light should go on , also there might be sobe funny stuff going on when you do this if you get sound after that its gunna be your ignition switch .

Your amp could be fried. My radio stopped working out of the blue one day, it turned on and off but no sound at all. Replaced the amp with a spare one and everything worked. I did not do diagnostics on the old amp I figured I might as well try the swap and it worked.

I still suspect that the problem is a result of the shock replacement.

Probably. Unless you can find evidence of tampering. The only thing they could have done was create some static charge while working, but I find that unlikely.
