inspection light
Hello i recently bought a 1993 318i. the car looks like it was garage kept and only had 111,000 miles. this is my first bmw and noticed upon starting the insPection light comes on with ayellow and red light with it. just wanna see what that means

BMW's way of saying it's time for an inspection for people who can't keep track of it by themselves. But, this does not man it's a good thing to go by.
Google on how to reset the lights and you can alwasy have the full green bars. Most of us do that every time one bar drops just so it looks better upon startup.
