Just hit a damn deer!
In the 335 I just bought, may or may not own yet, may or may not be insured, clipped a deer. Haven't even made the first payment yet!
Good news is this appears to be the only damage I'll figure out the mirror tomorrow. For now, I'll deal with this

Last year my son hit a deer in his Civic. He hit it right in the middle between the front and hind legs. Both airbags deployed. My son wasn't hurt, but the car and the deer were a total loss.

As long as you're insured you should be covered under a new vehicle grace period. Call the insurance company and check.

Deer
I had three deer run out in front of me and my cherished 2008 Honda Accord V6 ELV.
This was my excuse to purchase my new 2011 328i xdrive this past July. So.....It's not a bad thing.
