FS: '02 530i, sport, manual, low miles

I am offering for sale my 2002 530i sedan. It's a great example of a clean E39.

Topaz Blue over beige interior. Sport package, manual transmission. 75k miles (and counting, since I still drive it about half the time).

All maintenance is up to date and there are no mechanical issues. The display has one "column" of dead pixels, but the rest is intact. I've added an iPhone/iPod connection to the stock stereo with a mount for an iPhone. Cosmetically, the only issue is a small ding and scratch on the driver's side door. It is minor, but I certainly want to disclose it, and have tried to show it in the pictures.

I have mixed emotions over selling it, but earlier this year I happened upon a 2011 335i xdrive with the m-sport and manual trannie. So with that purchase, I've decided to let the 530i go. I'd love for it to go to a new owner who can appreciate it and get as much enjoyment out of it as I have. With the sport package/manual trannie combo, and the great condition, it's a real gem.

Clean ride. But your asking price is about $4000 above the market.

Fair enough - I did do some research here and other sites to see what others were asking for a similar car, meaning same packages and miles, and priced it around the same.

But there are certainly several E39's in the $7-8k range. Not so sure they're like this one though.

That's a beaut! Asking price is not unreasonable... It's very hard to come upon an e39 like that.

yes, very clean indeed for being a Denver car - do you have another car you drive in the snow or is this your DD?

No plans to be near Cinci - but Denver is a real nice place to visit any time of year.

It's not my daily driver when it comes to the snow days - I actually drive our Honda Odyssey with snow tires when needed. So keeping the E39 in the garage on poor weather days helps with maintaining the condition.

Good luck with it... it's a beautiful car.. and, an appropriate asking price, I think...

Of course, we never find out the selling prices, unless we are the buyer... ;-)
