New guy here just got my 2013 M5 and loving it

First I'd like to start by saying I got some really great info and being a Mercedes AMG guy I love my freaking M5 for weeks I read the reviews did the research and test drove a Porsche 911 Turbo, SL63 AMG, Ferrari F430 and a Maserati GT... By far I think in my own opinion I simply like the M5 with the HP it sold me on the spot , My girl has a 2009 M3 and her being a BMW person I had to come to the dark side, reading all the info from here made it easy . So I got it and gonna do some mods but not to crazy. We also got like 2400 from the dealer in credit towards the purchase

Hah, that is some wild cross-shopping! How in the world do you test drive 2 seat semi-exotics (c'mon Porsche, no one first back there) and come out with a 4 door executive performance sedan??!? That's hilarious and glad that you're enjoying the new ride. Congrats.

Yep I waited for this moment it was the best decision I made . Also adding to our collection is an M3 also by Christmas for my girlfriend

Surprised you were allowed a Ferrari test drive. Pretty nice.
The cars you tested are not even close. Fun to look around though.

Congrats on your purchase.

However, unless you are looking for a cruiser that can go fairly fast on a straight line and has 5 seats, I'm not sure how a M5 can beat any of those cars for sheer driving performance and speed...
