m54 bit the dust after 2 engine swaps, countless tunes, and smacking the revlimiter for 365days since my white car was completed, the motor had 220k when I swapped it into my white car, learned recently that the motor was never rebuilt but its w.e.

Honestly I'm surprised the M54 lasted that long considering how you beat on it. Are you able to use that garage for this swap? No more backyard under a tarp??

New paint all around, or just the bumpers and rust?

Not bad at all if he's doing quality work. Do you think he'd wanna do my car for that kinda pricing? My budget for paint is 1-1.5k, but I'm gonna do all of the prep.

Update, turbo sits so low I wont have to get a motor mount arm, and I will be able to do above the subframe piping ftw.

Sorry for the sideways motor

Does anyone know where I can buy exhaust studs? Turner has them but at 75 plus shipping its a little pricey.

I've no idea on the studs, bit (as always) this build is awesome Frank. (still missing Michelle).

Like Chad, I am far too lazy to double check Swype.

Wow I wish I knew about these before I did my headers. I had to use lock nuts to put all 24 of those bad boys in.
