What's it look like with the flywheel bolted up? Maybe you can modify the bellhousing?

Frank I don't think anyone else has ever mounted a wastegate like that lol.

You'll have to make a runner pipe and located the wastgate further down.

I don't know if you can do that, otherwise I think there'd be a lot more top mount builds. i think the turbo flange sits too close to the valve cover if you flip it.

Probably depends on the manifold. They sell a cheap adapter so that you can run stock manifolds upside-down in a top mount setup.

This. I've seen a few. Pretty clever and 'hobo' style.

Yea matt I know I need to run a pipe further down stream or I might run a pipe to the front or even up and dump it out the hood.

He'd probably be fine since it would be behind the tires.

Frank, if anyone can make it work, it'd be you. Probably still better off going under the car, though.

Pipe it into the heater core. Then you'll get a 'whoosh' inside every time you lift the throttle!

Eek. Should be worth it though, right? Is it all stuff to relocate the wastegate?

nah just the pipe to relocate and dump tube was 30bucks

i bought motor mount arm, poly motor and trans mounts, dssr lever, new style ebay short shifter to test out 66bucks ( i still love my old one), oil feed line and drain as well as oil feed adapter, poly diff bushing, and a few other things.

just goes to show that things do add up and I didnt NEED all of those things but it was smart to do you know.
