New 5000k HID Fogs
hey everybody, I installed a HID kit for my fog's today. I think they look pretty sweet with the M-tech fog lights. I got them from Burger motorsports. The bulb housing notches are smaller than the grooves on the fog light housing, so i had to modify them a bit to secure them. Angel eye LED kit on the away from Trinity, can't wait!!
cheers!

I have the 6,000k HID fogs. They match my 4,300k stock headlight bulbs pretty well. I will change those out with 6,000k when one of them goes. You have to replace them as a set since they won't be properly color matched otherwise. I discovered that when replacing a headlight bulb on wife's car. I got the exact same 4,300k but the color was slightly different.

Yeah, with most if these aftermarket HID kits from China and the like, you really don't know what your in store for. I once got a kit that had that problem, one bulb had slightly different kelvin output than the other. Had to return, wait, do the process all over again. Most of the plug connectors on these kit suck as well, not like OEM, cheap plastic.

Looks nice. I've got my new hid fog kit sitting on my work bench in the garage. Hopefully I'll have time to install them this weekend.

Looks good, i believe i have 6000k in my fogs. I also have white AE so they match perfect. As long as you get a Canbus kit your good to go.

Yup, Canbus is integrated in the ballast, no additional hook up of Canbus, canceler's etc. which is nice. My 2nd set from Burger Motorsports, no complaints.

Ok update: right side bulb went out already- disappointed. Ordered a new set of bulbs this time 4300k OEM white from amazon. Not going to bother contacting Burger Motorsport. These cost $20.00 are correct fitment for m tech fog housing's, 9006.

Yes correct fitment for m-tech bumper fog housings are 9006. The reason why I didn't contact them is because the last time I had a return it took their return depart 2-3 weeks for my refund. Only reason why I went with their kit again is because of the ballast design, which I really like.

If you have a M-Tech body kit then yes, if not then your fogs should be H7 type bulbs for pre-LCI. best way to check is to remove the bulb first to verify.
