need more help

im having a lot of probs with this car . it runs great. heres whats wrong. I was sitting in my driveway idling and all of the sudden car dies. I put it in park shut it off tried starting it. It runs then dies only way it will stay running is if I give it gas then the traction control light comes on and stays on I cant turn it off. The check engine light came on. Any ideas of what this could be. I don't know what to do.

Get your codes read first.

That would be a good place to start out figuring out what's going on with your 7.

The check engine light left codes stored in memory, I believe.

Also, I'd suggest you double & triple check your battery. I had a low battery in my 540 (but it would still start OK), and it would die, restart & drive, but die again.

New battery & I was good to go. Not saying this is your problem, but with some code info we'd know a lot more.

Im thinking muy battety is way too small. The guy I bought it from put a 650 cca battery in it and factory is 950. I was told 850 minimum. Would this cause a stall.
