6 Series
The BMW 6 Series builds on BMW's sporty heritage with aggressive lines and an incredible motor to back the design up. Available in coupe and convertible trims with a standard 4.8 liter engine producing 360 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque, the 6-series is a popular choice that exceeds expectations.

I agree ... I think our 6ers are the best looking of the bunch and really can't see an end yet where it won't be. It's subtle, handsome and sexy... I get compliments on mine all the time. I think it's definitely a car designed with a man in mind.... Of course a good looking woman looks good in anything but you can tell its just not for a woman... That's why they have Mercedes....

I love the feeling when random people just keep on looking at the 650i because it is such a nice car. I parked my car near an Alpine White 640i Gran Coupe today at Chipotle and more people noticed my car haha. I especially love it when beautiful women see you in the 6 and smile at you, especially if you're a young man!

This beast is really no racer when it comes to it. In straight line it's slower than many similar coupes (my CL55 AMG is faster than my 645Ci 0-60), and it's also slower than e.g. 135i or 335i JB4 both 30-80 or 60-120 (might be sliiightly faster in SMG or 6MT in 0-60 though). If you forget airstrip or highway, then even a hatch 130i is faster through tight corners. (Disclaimer: Nürburgring, autobahn or airfield…)

Nonetheless it's fun to drive it. The V8 is a joy and I'm usually the fastest in the traffic anyway.

135i and 335i eat every 5er, 6er or 7er, so you can't really sort them by class only. It's the power+weight combo that matters.

In real life M6 is faster than M5 due to the lower center of gravity and wider axle setup. Okay in *real* life they're pretty much equally fast (down to msec) depending on conditions w/ the M6 being the more fun while doing it ;}
