How to tell replica from original?

I am curious if the 193 rims that came on my used vehicle are replicas. Is there an easy way to confirm this?

i noticed in your other thread you said they were 17s. if that is the case, those are reps.

I was informed that they might actually be 18's. I'm assuming that originals only come in 18's?

I will check the size when my wife gets home with the car.

This. Unless BMW does something different in Canada, which is always a possibility.

yup, 18 only.

the other way to tell is to check the back of the wheel spokes for the part number, and see if it has a bmw part number.

its pretty likely that if the car has the msport package, and stock runflats, that the wheels are oem

That's the case in the U.S.

i checked the ETK, style 193 only comes in 18...
as far back as i can remember, bmw has not made the same style wheel in multiple sizes.
i dont have a wheel etk in my brain though, so i could be wrong on that.

I'm quite sure the BMW part number (stamped) is the key point.
